Now if only the personalized offers on it were for items I actually want and use! Optimum program is way better. Is Safeway planning to abandon the Scene program? What’s the point of sending notifications if the app can’t even show the content? Fix your app — notifications should actually lead somewhere. With this app, it won’t let me in by any means. I either have to waste time on a busy day to return home to update my offers on my iPad or forego the deals and savings.
