When asked for an email to login or create an account the page will load for the next few minutes and say that there was a problem. Then it will ask for my phone number instead and yet again tell me that there is a problem and they can’t help me. Honestly it is ridiculous at this point. And after reading the other reviews, this is obviously a persistent issue. **Developer response:** We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. It always times out when asking for email to login, then when trying to enter a phone number it does the same. I’ve tried updating, deleting and reinstalling the app, but it still doesn’t work. It asks for my email address and then times out after a few minutes. Never used the app before and it doesn’t work right out of the chute. I tried to delete and reinstall per the developers response but that didn’t work. Clearly I’m one of hundreds writing reviews that the app doesn’t work or stopped working. Wasting our time on developers suggesting to contact them or Safeway or reinstalling the app Etc. Just fix the app…. ### 2/5 — Not working & multiple charge notices months later *2025-05-29* I haven’t been able to get the app to work for three months. Then all of a sudden this morning I have five notices of charges through the app for 3 to 5 months ago. There’s no contact information I can see on the app because I keep getting errors when I go to FAQ. I don’t know who to talk to about it. This is very frustrating! Now I'm worried and having to watch my bank account to make sure the charges don't show up there. Like other reviews the app is hit or miss. It’s great when it’s working. Each one of these charges are almost $100. Having $500 in charges hitting my bank account all at once isn’t something that anyone can just cover because your app isn’t working. Please work to fix as soon as possible. if somebody could contact me and let me know what’s happening with the app and reassure me I’m not getting double charged for something I bought 3 to 5 months ago would also be reassuring. **Developer response:** We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Great App Wow, very easy and helpful APP. All you need is sit in your car and select pump number.
