Some Drivers give no notification of changes, don’t offer replacements, make their own decisions for your replacements.  

Not cool when you are planning meals and vital ingredients are missing due to lack of communication or options to make another selection.

Horrible app.. I forgot to add milk to my shopping list which it said I was able to add within time.. NOPE! Now I have two deliveries (smh) on top of that I have milk with no cereal.. the wrong Fiber One bars and a CRACKHEAD delivery driver telling me where I should shop telling me I should go to the competitors..YOU ARE BETTER OFF SHOPPING IN STORE ON YOUR OWN!

Home sick and deeply disappointed with this service. Not much selection. Few pictures of items prepared in stores. Needed just a few things to get by. Placed my delivery window. Saved my payment method. As I went to hit checkout, noticed my first 10.00 credit hadn’t been applied to the total. Went to look for it and while my order was still there. And it still saved my payment information... Delivery had been pushed back another two hours! 4-6 hour wait for some ginger ale, ice cream and an entree seems unreasonable. Will avoid using this app as I had in the past.

I couldn’t link my Safeway loyalty program card even though this is the Instacart app specifically for Safeway... The prices were therefore significantly higher than in store and no where near worth the cost to get delivery.

The people that does the DoorDash shopping for me is very nice and considerate and they are good getting what I want it’s fast and very convenient
