## What is Saffron AI?

Saffron AI reads your food from a photo and tells you the calories and macros.

Most calorie apps were trained on Western food. Point them at mansaf, kabsa, machboos, koshari, molokhia or a plate of shawarma and they guess — usually high. Saffron AI was built for exactly this food.

HOW IT WORKS
• Take a photo of your plate. That's it.
• Or describe the meal out loud, in Arabic or English.
• Or type it.

YOU CAN CORRECT IT
Every result opens up into the ingredients it was built from — "160g salmon, 140g rice, 1 tbsp olive oil" — with a plus and minus beside each one. Made the salad without the oil? Take the oil to zero and the total updates. Weighed the rice? Type the real number. No other calorie app lets you argue with the answer, and arguing with the answer is what makes it right.
