## What is SaffronSeal?

SaffronSeal connects you with commissioned notaries public who travel to your home, office, hospital or care facility, meet you at their office, or notarize online on their own state-approved platform.

EVERY NOTARY IS VERIFIED
Each notary's commission is checked against the state registry before they can take a booking. Profiles explain available credentials, and customers can rate completed appointments.

DESCRIBE WHAT YOU NEED
Search by ZIP or city, or type it in your own words — "a will notarized at my mom's care home in Tacoma on Saturday afternoon" — and AI search (with your permission) turns it into a shortlist with a one-line reason for each notary.

NO NOTARY NEARBY YET? WE'LL FIND ONE
Send a free request and we contact candidate notaries for your appointment. Follow every step in My requests, and book as soon as a verified notary says yes.

THE PRICE, ITEMISED
You see the state notarial act fee, service fee and any travel fee before you confirm. Pricing depends on your state, the service, the number of acts and your notary's terms. Pay by card or Apple Pay once your notary accepts. Cancellations follow the timing rules in the refund policy.

MESSAGE YOUR NOTARY
Agree the time, the meeting place and the online session link in the app. Report or block anyone who is abusive; our team reviews every report within 24 hours.

WHAT YOU CAN BOOK
Notarizations for wills, trusts and powers of attorney • Affidavits and sworn statements • Vehicle title transfers • Travel consent letters • Hospital, care-home and jail visits • Documents for apostille applications • Business contracts and corporate documents

SaffronSeal does not arrange loan-document signings and does not operate an online notarization platform of its own; notaries who offer online sessions host them on the platform approved by their state.

FOR NOTARIES
Join free, edit your profile and availability, upload permitted certificates for review, check state guidance, and set your service area and fees subject to state rules. Receive payouts through Stripe. The notarial act fee is paid in full to the notary; SaffronSeal's fee applies to service, travel and priority charges as permitted by state rules. No subscriptions.
