## What is Safire ProCloud?

Do you want to know if your video surveillance installations are working properly? Has a customer ever called you to ask for an explanation for a recorder that failed at the worst possible time?

With ProCloud you don't have to worry. Register your cameras and recorders in Safire ProCloud and we'll make sure to check that everything is working. 
We will inform you instantly in case of: 
- Network connection failures
- Errors in video channels: loss of signal, tampering, etc.
- Activation of alarm inputs
- Hard disk errors

ProCloud is a monitoring tool for video surveillance systems.
It connects to your cameras and recorders and receives information from them. It detects when there is a problem or incident and notifies you instantly. 
It allows you to stay informed at all times of what is happening with your CCTV equipment so you can react immediately if something happens.

With your new Safire Services account, you can use your SafireDNS domains when you want to add a CCTV device to ProCloud and both will be linked.
