Not sure exactly what we’re paying for.  For the second week running there is no live video stream through the app.  You’ve had a week to sort this out!

Don’t waste your money. Have paid for a full season, but the game video stream has ceased working for weeks. Tech Support sends form letters and “restart your phone” type advice. If you like throwing money away, this is the app and service for you.

Amazing! Love that I can watch the matches. BUT there is no reason the audio and video can’t run together. And the audio is always 45 sec behind the video. And the video is 30 sec slower than Twitter. So watching is an act of pure concentration and devotion. Not to mention its usually 7 am when I’m dealing with all of this. 

First year bugs to be worked out I’m sure. But please, please fix this. Or just let Sky Bet stream the matches. They charge like 1/2 the amount. AND the audio and video are synchronised. I’m paying HUGES amounts of cash to y’all. Please treat me like an actual supporter and not the unloved cousin across the pond.

I was going to give the App a 5 star rating but there has been no new videos added to the app for two weeks. I have had no response from the technical support.
