Love it for mobile deposits and checking on everything, but with the new update in the last couple of days, it now won’t let me sign in. It says, “SymConnect is off host.” No idea what’s wrong. But it’s very annoying. ### 2/5 — Happy it exists- but I don't like that it insists on displaying my username *2016-08-24* It won't let me delete username after use. This is, after all, a MOBILE app which is not as secure as a desktop is. Nice graphics and UI but... if can't log in! 🙄(code 500) ugh. I gave two stars for hope and will update if they get it working. And the only way to put money into my account is paper checks?!! Are you guys kidding me? It’s 2025. Every other loan organization has an automatic payments without any of that oldish stuff. ### 1/5 — Lack of features *2023-03-02* I end up using the web browser in safari most of the time as I can’t even view holds in the app. Most of the major features in the web browser should be available in the app. They haven’t even updated the app in 3 years. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2022-10-19* We live in Nor Cal so obviously can’t drive to So Cal to deposit a check. Was hoping to log into the app to be able to make a deposit but getting the same error code as everyone else. So I can’t log in. I need to deposit the check in my BofA account and then pay transfer fees to get it into my SAG account. Annoying. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2021-11-08* Same issue as everyone else... 11/2021 ### 1/5 — Sag Aftra FCU app doesn’t work *2020-04-08* After having tried several times to log into my account through the app. I then had to drive to the credit union to get access to the account. Which I no longer needed because I was now at the bank. After a few weeks before the virus hit I had no need for the app. But due to the virus lockdown I figured I try to login and make a deposit. I just tried again to log onto my account and after many attempts to do so and having talked to 3 different Sag/Aftra FCU tellers I still wasn’t able to login. I would highly recommend not using this app it is completely useless. April 8th 2020 ### 1/5 — Log-in still does not work? *2019-03-01* “There was an error processing your request. Please try again later. (code 500)” Everytime. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2016-06-12* Same as the other reviews. Can't log in with correct username and password. Who's the idiot that's responsible for this lame app. Sag/Aftra:::pony up some scratch for a real app. ### 1/5 — Can't even log in to my account *2016-05-05* Great idea for an app, provided it works. Every time I try to log in, I get the same message: "There was an error processing your request. Please try again later. (code 500)". Once this is fixed, if the app works as advertised in the screenshots, it should be great. But before then, it's just taking up space. ### 2/5 — Really Buggy *2024-07-05* This app used to work fairly well for me until the update last September. Now I have constant login issues and Touch ID resets like I never set it up EVERY TIME I use the app. I can do most things on the web which works fine, but there is no mobile deposit except using this app, and it is a super important feature to have and use. Please fix this in an update soon; this app as it stands is very frustrating. ### 2/5 — Middleware Errors Continually *2023-09-29* Have had to delete and reinstall the app, change my password and cross my fingers every time I need to scan a check for deposit. No problem ever logging in to the web version but there’s no check deposit function there. I think the first couple negative reviews are now outdated as they have improved the APP. ### 4/5 — TouchID is broken *2020-04-01* As of your recent update, I can no longer choose to use TouchID in the app on iPhone8, latest iOS. When choosing to use it by turning on the switch, it the flips right back to the OFF position. There appears no way to contact you to let you know that via the app, so I am doing so here (after calling and leaving a message at the bank the day the new version came out several months ago.) Please fix soon! I use the USC Credit Union app, and they have an efficient check photo taking feature among other things. It’d be nice to see this get a much needed update ### 3/5 — Wish I could do more *2021-02-27* There should be a “bill pay” section, where you can access payees that have been previously added to your account, and have the ability to make payments from the app, instead of always having to log in online to do it from a web browser. Seems like a pretty simple addition. ### 2/5 — Constant Login Issues *2020-11-01* I’ve tried lots of things including changing my password, contacting customer service (who have very limited hours, and hard to get through), can’t seem to login and make a simple deposit. Also, i notice when the app is installed, my phone in general seems more glitchy. Might go back to the drawing board with this one.
