I’ve being bounced. ### 2/5 — Constantly logs you out/server issue *2023-06-03, version 1.26.0* This app is very glitchy and unreliable. I have to log in each time and when I tap on an icon it logs me out. It is pretty useless. Pretty much a useless app. Use the web address instead. Even their site is amateur at best. ### 2/5 — Log in glitch with Face Recognition *2022-08-25, version 1.26.0* When opening the app and enabling the Face Recognition log in, the app will log in for a second to the App Home page and then bounce back to the log in screen. It repeats this nonstop. Closing out the app does not work to get to using the app. The app must be uninstalled and reinstalled to use it as designed. Beware. What I have made and what I am still owed is incorrect. This seems to be a new problem. Was working a day ago. ### 1/5 — Can’t download. *2020-02-12, version 1.19* According to the app store my phone is compatible, but I can’t even download the app. I’ve tried now three different days. ### 2/5 — Not impressed *2019-08-31, version 1.19* I’m a new SAG member and downloaded the app after receiving my membership card. I’ve tried several times to create an account through the app, I’ve double checked all the steps and requirements, and the app will not allow me to register. Seems to work great for other people, but for me so far it’s been a frustrating waste of my morning. ### 3/5 — logs out *2019-06-04, version 1.18* App requires logging in each time it’s opened. Reported the issue long ago and it was supposedly escalated but it’s still there. Edit: added a star as at least touch ID has been added to make it faster to log-in. ### 1/5 — Totally non-functional *2018-08-02* I recently re-activated my membership. However the online system isn’t updating. I’ve called and messaged many times and each time the friendly staff say it’ll get sorted out. Last time he even told me the IT people said it was fixed. But that’s not true, I’m still listed as paid up until 10 years ago, and that’s preventing my accessing various online member benefits. The only conclusion I can make is the IT infrastructure both via the App and the member website is worse than useless. ### 2/5 — Uneven *2018-03-27, version 1.6* No sorting functionality when it lists productions. Lots of other useful capabilities have been left out. And no significant updates to address any of the issue pointed out by other users in the two years or so since there app was rolled out. Most of the time I’m not really trying to do much other than access minor things like my number or residuals portal. Most large questions I go to the actual site. However, do the past few months I cannot login to the app as it says it doesn’t recognize my username/password. I have to resort to using the actual website. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app, I’ve changed my password, I’ve cleared my data, but nothing I do will allow me to enter the app anymore. It is now just a waste of space on my phone.
