As a practicing psychotherapist, I found Saga Swipe a refreshingly different way to experience meditation. It allows you - the user - to choose the storyline you want to follow and immerse yourself in. You can explore cityscapes or fantasy worlds — it’s up to you.

You can create your own special world — a space that allows you to forget the stress and frustrations of the day. I use it myself — to help me relax at night and get to sleep. I recommend it to other psychotherapists and their clients.
