Is terrible, tried to sign in multiple times and checking if right 5 times and it is correct information I got from the bank itself. Would not recommend.

I don’t know when they update it or what but it literally says “something went wrong” 9 out of 10 times I try and open the app. I have tried deleting and redial loading it multiple times. They need to fix this. I have to physically go to the atm to check my account balance and that isn’t always convenient.

They offered to allow me to skip a payment for my rv back in February while I was a part of the government shut down then took the entire next payment as interest. 
Called them on this and never got any resolution or change. Can’t wait to refinance.

Was thinking about changing banks because of how terrible the online banking was but pacific crest worked on it so now we got a good online banking app
