Often will. It open. ### 2/5 — Receipts *2026-04-13* App always bounces receipt back to you even though everything is input correctly it makes you refill out all information after the fact, and you don’t even have the receipt to refill it out ### 2/5 — What is going on with adding personal cards from mobile? *2025-09-17* Stalls/times out every time. Makes setup on the app impossible. Not very on-the-go friendly ### 2/5 — Buggy *2025-05-04* Would be a good app but everytime it updates in logs me off and doesn’t recognize my email or password (even after I reset and re-download). Also, it takes a long time to process photos and will stop me from filling out the other info for each expense. After 4 years you’d think they’d work through some of this stuff. The website seems to be just fine but the app is no good. ### 3/5 — Ups and Downs *2023-08-31* I have a phone from 2019 that this app no longer works on. I start it and the screen stays white and doesn't load. It’s not a bad app otherwise. No auto filling receipts, no auto crop of receipts, no option to load PDF files as an expense, only allows jpg images. What a stupid idea is that??? If any company reads this, please do a favour to your employees and use Concur or something else. Example: I checked out of hotel in 5th of a month and leaving the city on 6th. So I should be allowed to claim per diem for 6th night. I have never had one for this app. 👎 ### 1/5 — Not a good app *2025-10-11* Trash, garbage and useless are an accurate description I have seen on the reviews. Worse than this app’s interface is its tech support trying to justify and make it sound like it is an user issue and not the lack of functionality for this incomplete project of an app. Their responses in here asking the reviewers to “elaborate” is exactly what they do for paying customers even after you have explained, screenshot and emailed them many times. SMH 🙈 ### 1/5 — Please stop updating- It’s only getting worse *2025-10-07* App used to be rock solid. However over the last year it has increasingly gotten worse. It started first by removing and having to add back Face ID. Now it constantly logs me out and still will not recognize Face ID. Yes phone is up to date. App unfortunately is up to date though I wish I could go back to last year’s version. Very good experience. ### 5/5 — Pretty Good *2025-10-10* I have nothing to compare this reporting system except our previous over simplified excel program, but I felt there were a few issues that needed to be resolved. It is definitely better than what we had before. I had trouble with managing some of the data,especially when testing it and I could not delete it. That was frustrating. I used to forget to file a bunch of expenses and lose $100s sometimes. The best part is that it’s also integrated into my Outlook mail.
