On mobile browser the site does not allow full statement to be viewed easily. ### 2/5 — iPhone issue *2026-02-27* I have two accounts but the app will not properly switch between the two on the iPhone. Using the app on an iPad will allow me to change accounts. It still doesn’t work even after an update! **Developer response:** Hi Gennazz, on the Home tab, on top you have a dropdown menu where the company name appears. From here you can switch accounts or login into new ones. ### 1/5 — Good, but *2025-12-24, version 1.50.2* If you forget your password it directs you to a unsecured site to change it and other people can see everything and alter things. ### 1/5 — Rubbish app *2025-12-12* I can’t download payslip or even view it in a normal payslip format. I go on safari to view normal payslip format but I still can’t download. I don’t know how this is acceptable. The worst app to be quite honest. Can’t even provide basic service. There is a review from 2 years ago that describes my exact issue which shows that this app has been useless for some years and has no intentions to be better **Developer response:** This doesn’t look quite right. As I can already view what and when colleagues are off it would not seem a huge leap to view what shifts are available. As it is I can pick up no overtime . You have to move around the screen and THEY DO NOT DOWNLOAD. ### 1/5 — A joke *2025-07-29, version 1.49.0* Not been able to access my payslip or log in keeps saying will send me a 6 digit code for 2 step authentication. 2 days later still no joy and not one email , must have tried 50 times, even reset password word receive email link for that no problem uninstalled and reinstalled still no joy. Had tried to reset password still not functioning ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Doesn’t support passkey login *2026-08-14* We use passkeys for logging via Microsoft SSO this app requires a password and doesn’t support passkey based auth so it is useless to us. Furthermore the I app message chat doesn’t work. It tries to load some fancy display effect that doesn’t complete but blocks you from being able to respond to prompts. Useless. ### 1/5 — Buggy *2026-07-13* We frequently experience 404 (complete failure) errors on that then get told after investigation that this is a known bug the developers are working on. This has been going on for over a month now.
