My issues are that it’s constantly glitching. It doesn’t look the same on an iOS phone that it does on an android tablet and I think that the app should be the same no matter where you’re using it. The dashboard never shows the journey that I’m on, but shows multiple other ones that I’m not using. The app is constantly freezing and or not loading pictures. I haven’t been able to use the app the last two days. unfortunately this is not an isolated incident and happens often. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-06-09, version 8.5.8* This app doesn’t work for me. Same advertisement to go premium every time you log on. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Use to love *2026-08-27* The one thing I liked about this app is while you didn’t get access to everything, unless you had a subscription, you still got access to a decent amount. So much so I decided to get a subscription. But after some unforeseeable and unavoidable life changes, I had to cancel the subscription. I got into the app (after a long while of not being on it) only to find, that a lot of what you had access to without a subscription, you no longer get access to. Very disappointing, and I’m sorry but if something doesn’t have a lock on it, that usually means it’s accessible without subscription, but when I tried to do it, the stupid subscribe to access pay wall popped up. Misleading and not truly available without a subscription. I get that money is how apps keep running and such. But at this rate it’s become another app that you basically can do 1-2 things on it without a subscription. And if you can afford to pay the either subscription cost (monthly or yearly) your SOL. Disappointed. Faith and Joy are rare, and I downloaded Saged because I just needed something on my phone that said to the Flame, “I AM HERE, I AM LISTENING.” I ended up downloading your other apps and purchasing memberships for the year there as well. You remind me of the joy I feel when I go to Catholic book stores. Furthermore, your emails are gracious and inviting, and remind me to return to my center and pray with the flame, even if only for the five minutes it takes to read your kind words centered on good and kind ritual.
