The app in the free mode is basically just a notepad to keep track of your suspension basically just points you to the manufacturer setup guide all the ai setup is locked behind a paywall

This app is hot AI garbage. Trying to edit your bike after the fact is near impossible. There are so many bugs and glitches within the app. It's unclear whether whoever made this has any idea what they're doing. It constantly pushes you to spend money before it provides you any value at all. All of the pressures they give you don't make any sense from a starting point 

That being said I really want this app to work. Once they eventually figure it out and maybe hire a real software dev, it could be a good app. I'd advise starting simple and then ramping up from there. The Wolf Tooth app for tire pressure does a great job

Downloaded to get suggested settings for suspension pressures, rebound and compression. Instead got lost in a near endless bike addition UI that simply records the settings I already have and offers no suggestions. I’ll be sticking with the Rock Shox web page I guess.

This is a very cool concept. One challenge is that, on some products, the app doesn’t factor in model year changes.

For example, on my fork, the app gave recommended pressure settings for the old version of the fork - approximately 25% too high.

Awesome idea but hard to use with so may bugs.
Eg. The calendar and other tooltips stay open forever interfering with other buttons, freezes constantly.. 

The tutorials are not easy to follow by reading, and video cannot be re-started paused etc. which is extremely inconvenient and basic for this type of tutorials. 

With a paid membership I would really expect it to be much more usable. 

Once these issues are fixed I’d definitely love to go pro.

I used the free credit on an AI setup for my Lyrik’s. Paid a buck for another credit to get an AI setup for my shock (RS super deluxe coil select plus) and it said there was no setup information available for the shock. Unfortunately, it still used my token for that answer. Otherwise, seems like a solid app

Ich kann leider nichts tolles an der App finden.
Die Eingabe sehen zwar schön aus sind aber eher unpraktisch. 
Wenn man die Daten ansehen will sieht man nur immer ein Teil. 
Ein Bild von der aktuellen Einstellung zu vorherigen kann man sich davon nicht machen. 
Zu verspielt zuviel Komponenten. 
Dann lieber auf einer Tabellen auf Papier notieren und ab in den Rucksack. 
Das ist besser.

Sie können sowohl bei SAGLY Komponenten speichern bzw. aus einigen tausend Komponenten sogar auswählen. Darüber gibt es einen Komplettbike-Picker, der Ihnen die Möglichkeit gibt ein Komplettbike auszuwählen und in dem Zug die Komponenten automatisch importiert werden.

Zu den Einstellungsempfehlungen: Wir erstellen KI Empfehlungen in dem wir eine lineare Regression durchführen. Das ist ein innovativer Machine Learning Algorithmus, der mittel-grobe Einstellungen vorschlägt und eine gute Basis für ein Fahrwerks-Setup ist. Wenn Sie den KI Algorithmus nicht verwenden möchten, bietet SAGLY auch die Hersteller-Empfehlungen an, die automatisch importiert werden und angezeigt werden. Wenn diese Methode Ihnen auch nicht zuspricht, gibt es den SAG Rechner, der auf der bewährten SAG Methode ein Basis-Setup erstellt.

Schade, das Ihnen SAGLY nicht zugesprochen hat. SAGLY hat noch viele mehr tolle Funktionen, die es leichter und schneller ermöglicht ein individuelles Fahrwerk-Setup zu finden.

Schade nur dass ich nichtmal ein setup abschließen konnte ohne Geld zahlen zu müssen. Mach’s wohl auch wieder wie früher.

Man kann des weiteren in der FREE version Mountain bikes von anderen Fahrern entdecken, der Balance Check ist verfügbar, man kann alle Komponenenten anlegen sowie durch eine Schnittstelle automatisch alle Teile eines Komplett-Bikes importieren. Man kann den Reifendruck-Rechner 1 mal verwenden sowie die KI Setup Generierung 1 mal verwenden. Der SAG guide steht unendlich oft zur Verfügung, man hat einige Know-How Elemente zur Verfügung sowie kann man durch den WAS SOLL ICH MACHEN, WENN guide einige Lösungen anwenden. SAGLY gibt dir in der FREE Version auch immer Empfehlungen wenn du Feedback nach Änderungen durch die QUICK EDIT Funktion machst. So kannst du deine Mountainbike Einstellungen ständig verbessern. Auch 10 Zurücksetzungen in der Wartungsfunktion sind in der FREE Version verfügbar und die App is Offline Fähig, auch ohne PRO Abo.

Also auch die FREE Version ist voll mit tollen Funktionen. Das PRO Abo brauchen wir leider, denn es stehen Leute und Entwickler hinter diese App die gerne Mountainbikern ein tolles Produkt bieten wollen und auch Rechnungen bezahlen müssen bzw. von was Leben müssen. Im PRO Abo gibt es viele weitere nützliche Funktionen. Mehr dazu in der SAGLY App.

Die App wird natürlich ständig weiter entwickelt und es warten in der Zukunft viele tolle Erneuerungen.

This app is great. That being said, it’s new and it will have flaws that are being fixed as I write this. The premise of the app is something I think the mtb community needs a lot. The team is full of super great people. The UI, while still being worked on, is very easy to use and it truly does make suspension setup easy (because that has to be the most complicated thing with mtb). I also love that you can filter out certain components in the explore setups category. The only thing I’d change is I’d give the free version (which I have) more than just one setup. I think 2 would be perfect and that would still leave plenty of benefits for the paid version. I came across this on an Instagram ad and knew I had to download it. I was impressed that it worked as well as it does albeit still a work in progress. It’s easy to tell that the team is continuously putting effort in to make it better and I think any serious (or new) mountain biker should have it.

Optisch gut und aufwändig gemacht aber liefert schlechte Resultate. Obendrauf überteuert. Auch ohne dieser App kann ich die Ki fragen wenn ich mich nicht auskenne. Alle Ergebnisse waren schlecht - App wieder gelöscht

Die App funktioniert überhaupt nicht. 
Mein angegebener Federweg 190 mm wird gar nicht berechnet. Dafür gibt es Werte von 180 mm. Auch diese haben mit der Realität nicht viel zu tun. Alles falsch. 
Des Weiteren werden die Werte nicht übernommen. Alle Felder bleiben grau. 

Die Empfehlung zum Luftdruck der Reifen ist viel zu hoch. 

Ich bin ein fortgeschrittener Fahrer auf schwarzen Trails und Strecken. 
Ich weiß, was ich mache und was ich wie einstellen muss.

Popups, paywalls, unreadable text. Asking what spring rate coil my air shock has??? This app was rushed with no testing from an end user.

I will happily pay for an app but u will not set up an account for data harvesting

Absolut nichts rechtfertig ein derartig hohen Preis und ein Abo obendrein!
Bei einer Einmalzahlung wie es vor Zeiten des Abo Wahns war, wäre ich bereit gewesen 30€ für die App zu zahlen. Nimmt man als Referenz ein kostenpflichtiges Navi-Abo, welches regelmäßig Kartenupdates beinhaltet und ein gewisses Maß an Entwicklungsarbeit und Service benötigt, sehe ich dies bei dieser App absolut nicht!
Mich würde interessieren mit welcher Rechtfertigung die Entwickler/Eigner dieser App aufwarten?
Ändert sich Physik, Kinematik, Fahrverhalten, … denn so oft, das man hierin diesen utopischen Abo-Preis rechtfertig?

Vielen Dank für die Bewertung. Schade, dass Ihrer subjektiver Meinung nach das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht passt. Und was mir natürlich noch mehr Leid tut, ist, dass Sie SAGLY als Abzocke bezeichnen. 

Wir arbeiten an SAGLY nun schon seit 3 Jahren, ich möchte gar nicht Wissen wie viele Stunden wir bereits in diese App investiert haben. Jedoch machen wir das gerne, denn wir wollen Mountainbikern ein tolles Produkt bieten. Wir lieben diesen Sport und das Entwickeln von Software. Jedoch müssen wir auch unsere Rechnungen zahlen und auch von was leben. Was Leute, wie Sie hier, vergessen, ist dass hinter jeder App auch Menschen (Softwareentwickler) stehen, die mit sehr viel Arbeit gute Produkte bieten wollen. Zum Teil auch sehr kleine Teams wie hier bei SAGLY (2 Personen). 

Trotz unseren geringen Ressourcen probieren wir mit sehr viel Einsatz eine App zu bieten, die den Nutzern einen Mehrwert bietet. Eine Software muss nicht nur gewartet werden (Updates von Open Source Software die eingebunden ist, Einhaltung von App Store Richtlinien etc.) sondern es müssen natürlich auch neue Features entwickelt werden, das wir ja ständig machen. Wir entwickeln SAGLY ständig weiter und es wird noch viele tolle neue Funktionen geben. Neben der ganzen Entwicklung, dass auch die Erstellung eines guten Benutzererlebnisses beinhaltet, steht natürlich auch im Werbebereich und auch im Bereich der Steuerverrechnung und sonstige Unternehmerischen bürokratischen Tätigkeiten einiges an Arbeit an. Und in Punkte Kosten, darf man Serverkosten, Kosten für die Miete von tools wie IDE, Bildbearbeitungssoftware etc., Steuern und Entwicklergebühren auch nicht vergessen. Und dann sollen wir oder ich als Entwickler auch noch von was verdienen bzw. für die unzähligen Stunden (Vielen Leuten ist nicht klar wie viel Arbeit es ist eine gute Software zu entwickeln) auch noch eine kleine Entlohnung erhalten. 

Darüber hinaus vergleichen Sie bitte ein Navi-App, wo riesige Teams dahinter stehen, nicht mit so einer kleinen mobilen App wie SAGLY. SAGLY probiert einer kleinen Zielgruppe sehr viel Wert zu bieten. Wir haben uns bewusst gegen teurer Hardware entschieden, die die Mountainbike Einstellungen verbessern soll, und uns für eine leichte Software-Lösung entschieden. Denn wir wollen mit SAGLY ein Werkzeug bieten, das Mountainbikern bei der Wartung und Einstellung des Mountainbikes behilflich ist und leistbar ist.

Ich betone nochmal, es wird sehr viele Erneuerungen und Updates geben und es wird jeder € in die Weiterentwicklung der App gesteckt.

Bitte um Verständnis, dass ich hier so ausführlich wurde, jedoch spreche ich hier für viele kleine App-Entwickler-Teams.

Und wir lassen jedem die Wahl, SAGLY zu benutzen und SAGLY PRO zu abonnieren und wollen niemanden abzocken und zwingen unser Produkt zu benutzen. Deshalb gibt es auch eine 2 Wochen gratis Testphase und eine gratis Version.

Wir freuen uns über jede Kritik, speziell wenn Sie direkt an uns kommt und nicht gleich als Rezension im App Store kommt. Denn auch diese Rezensionen sind sehr wichtig für uns, speziell für ein so kleines Entwickler-Team, wie wir es sind.

Was sehr schade ist, dass man erst nach anlegen eines Kontos über das kostenpflichtige Abo informiert wird.
Des Weiteren konnte ich weder in der App noch auf der Website herausfinden wie ich diesen kündigen kann.

At the beginning, only the Italian language was missing. Now the basic functions for beginners are all paid by subscription. I understand the work of developing the application but paying for basic information such as sag, tire pressure or other things that can be found for free on the internet is absurd. I was confident about this application that was born as an aid to every biker and could be a comparison with all riders but ... since it has become all paid I think I will eliminate it and focus on something else.

I was using this app to document setups for my mountain bike and my grandson’s. The ads came and I can deal with that. Last night I opened the app and now I have to pay to have two bike setups. I did like the app well enough, but I can do the same thing without paying to document info for two bikes. I understand you need to make some money, but I can find a cheaper way to remember 8 numbers. Sorry but I’m deleting it.

Seit dem letzten Update bekomme ich beim starten der App nur das aktualisieren Symbol. Kann aber nichts auswählen. Somit ist die App zu 100% unnütz!
