## What is Sag's Wien?

Report an issue, concern, public hazard or a disruption whenever you want and where ever you are via Smartphone to the Vienna city government: Introducing the new app "Vienna Calling".

With Vienna Calling we made the city more portable, personal and better connected - with this dialog between citizen and city government we will improve Vienna together.

The features
Just a few clicks and you can send your issues to the city government - fast, intuitive and without the need to create an account.

Issues will be displayed in list-, map- or detail views. Users can support other issues or "follow" them. With a personal profile you can even use Vienna Calling on different devices.

The city government will work to resolve your issues as fast as possible and will update you continuously  via push notifications about the current status.

Ich habe jetzt schon 2 Probleme gemeldet die beide Male extrem schnell beantwortet und bearbeitet wurden. Einfach eine super Idee die wirklich gut funktioniert! App könnt noch ein wenig verbessert werden, und am schönsten wäre es wahrscheinlich sie würde in die Stadt Wien App eingegliedert werden. Grundsätzlich aber ein toller Service.

Wichtig scheint zu sein, die App auf deutsch zu benutzen - auf Englisch ist sie immer abgestürzt.

Die App stürzt beim Auswählen einer Kategorie ohne Fehlermeldung ab. Neuinstallation habe ich bereits probiert, ändert nichts. Wenn nicht einmal die Kernfunktion einer App gewährleistet ist, zweifle ich wirklich an der technischen Kompetenz. Schade, wäre ein tolles Angebot!

Wien sollte rasch Ideen einbringen, um ein entspanntes Verhältnis zwischen Wien Bewohnern und den Touristenmassen herzustellen.
Wie wäre es mit Freiwilligen, welche im 1.Bezirk Wienbesuchern mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen.
Habe ähnliches im Zentrum von Kapstadt und australischen Städten gesehen und als sehr hilfreich empfunden
Viele Freiwillige sind Pensionisten und junge Menschen , die auf ein Jobangebot warten
