How am I suppose to recharge when I am unable to sign in. Only one mobile number which the flat owner owns gets the otp. Am I supposed to keep calling them to get the otp within 2 mins. Why can’t I get the otp for secondary user number. ### 1/5 — Poor prepaid meter and App following are short fall and opportunity to improve *2026-02-27* Your old meter was much better than new meter Software mobile app does not have basic functionality like -Automated notification on load increase -Automated power switch back when load is reduced - trend of load in power and dg - Load pattern trend along with overload time - mobile app synch and alert acknowledgment take a lot of time from freedom I have not added any load in my flat not using even Aircondiotions but too frequent overload and power cut Old meter was without mobile app but it never given problems Appreciate if same can be improved Please add automatic synch of load and auto refresh . Really worst services from secure meter company ### 1/5 — Worst App Ever! *2026-01-29* If there’s an award for the worst app ever made, it will go to this app. It is the most unfriendly app with major technical issues in how it interacts with the technology that’s used for recharging the gas. One needs to be standing outside next to the meter (regardless of whether it’s blazing hot or freezing cold or raining) to pass the token that you have purchased after struggling with the interface first. Even then, there’s no guarantee that the token will get sent to the meter in the first attempt. And if it doesn’t, then for each attempt one has to “wait” for 5 minutes before the token can be sent. The app gives no notification or anything before the charge gets over and therefore one is usually caught unwarned at the oddest of times when suddenly the gas shuts off. The less said about the helpline the better; I think they have just taken random people off the road and made them handle the helpline. It’s as good as waving down an auto driver and asking him how to solve a problem with the recharge or opening the valve. All in all, a pathetic app that’s a disgrace. ### 1/5 — Third class app and worst service *2025-08-22* Never do this blunder like me by taking connection this worst brand , app will ask you to keep you in front of meter for 10 min to just check balance , no prior information for low balance no mssg no notification in app and post recharge you must be present near meter and start playing a and b till your luck start working May he for 1 hour or 2 hour ### 4/5 — The recent update fixed the crashing *2025-07-06* The recent update has fixed the issue where app was crashing on launch. It’s utterly useless, frustrating, and a total waste of time. From constant crashes to misleading functionality, everything about it feels poorly built and completely untested. Navigating through it is like solving a puzzle with missing pieces — confusing, broken, and exhausting. The developers have clearly abandoned any sense of responsibility or quality control. Basic features either don’t work at all or behave erratically, leaving users helpless and annoyed. It’s troubling that such an app has even made it onto the App Store. This isn’t just disappointing — it’s a disservice to users. Apple seriously needs to review and remove this app for good. It’s a shame this platform still allows apps of such poor standards to exist. This app deserves ZERO stars — avoid it at all costs. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2025-05-26* I cannot believe that such an important app has been designed and executed so poorly! It’s the only way we can recharge our meter, and almost all the time it shows server error! How is one supposed to recharge their meter? It takes at least 10-15 minutes to FINALLY connect to the server, and still it keeps showing wait for 2 minutes. It’s the most frustrating app, considering it is so necessary for all Gas pipeline households! Please make serious changes and please consider the reviews of the customers! ### 1/5 — Why don’t you fix the superBug of your app? *2025-02-19* It has been soooo long and your app is on error. It often (almost always) freezes on first screen failing to load and throws a connection failure error. It is so embarrassing to get trapped under such an unavoidable app that doesn’t work and still consumers have no choice but to suffer due to incapabilities of these developers. ### 4/5 — Sms not receiving *2024-09-26* Whenever the recharge balance gets reduced, a reminder SMS should come which I am not getting.
