I was looking for a free guided meditation app in the Apple Store, tried other apps but they’ll usually ask for op-in to paid app to receive more programs. I feel this commercial behaviour is not what I was looking for in true meditation.
Sahajayoga meditation app never once pop in any commercial to sell me something, and I gained a lot of know about the energy centres within myself. It had also helped me reach the inner peace / silence that I was looking for in my life. Highly recommend for anyone who’s looking for a meditation app to help developing this inner growth into the daily routine!

Sahaja Yoga meditation is a beautiful path of self realization.  It has a brought a balance in my life.  

The app is so nicely done that it guides you day by day and provides all necessary information.
