Why even have the app?? ### 1/5 — Fire the developer of this app! *2023-10-05* I know many people are saying that they could not find the registration using the app, my registration showed up, but when it was asking me to upload a photo and my credit card information, for whatever reason the photo was blurry… I was thinking maybe it was my camera. went to my camera and tried to take the same photo and it was perfectly crystal clear! Went back to the app, tried starting over, and the same darn thing! So I couldn’t get any further than that. When you do you won’t be able to add a credit card and advance to check-in. When I tried I received an error stating, “Something Went Wrong”. Tried their live chat and they just told me to check-in at the counter. After done and credit card info says it can’t check in and you need to go to the desk. Over an hour wait in line. This place is in need of some management overhaul. Such a waste of time! Makes me not want to stay at Sahara. Seems impossible that the management team is unaware as literally everyone has to check in in person even as the advertise their “easy mobile check in and check out” that helps you “skip the line”. Easy to see they are updating their app on the App Store to ditch bad reviews…. Makes me regret booking at the Sahara, don’t waste your time in their understaffed check in counter lines. ### 1/5 — Horrid *2023-02-21, version 4.43.3* This app doesn’t work. Won’t let me log in. Doesn’t send email to reset password that doesn’t need resetting in the first place. Just a circular waste of time. Absolutely worthless ### 1/5 — Contact the front desk *2023-12-30* Drivers license camera was constantly blurry and couldnt focus. Then keeps saying “Your checkin could not be completed. Please contact the front desk or try again later”. This is after creating an account, going through drivers license upload, selfie, adding credit card. Waste of time ### 1/5 — Garbage App *2023-12-21* This is the worst app ever. It always says my password is incorrect, but it’s saved in my phone. I try to reset it and it will not allow me to reset it. No. The interface for this app is total garbage and maybe some sort of prank on people who want to check in without waiting in line ### 1/5 — Reservation not found *2023-10-25* Unable to link my reservation after multiple attempts. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t achieve its purpose *2023-10-24* There’s a big sign at the beginning of the snaking line to check in that’s says “skip the line!” by downloading the app. So of course I did. And despite trying a couple of different ways, it couldn’t find our reservation and so we waited in the line. What was the point of the app, then?!? Don’t bother. ### 1/5 — So many glitches, so many terrible features that don’t work *2023-10-22* So glitchy. Uses its own camera to take pictures of IDs so you can’t use the focus feature on your iPhone. Took me 5 attempts to take a “clear” photo it was happy with. We had to use three different email addresses before it would even let us create an account. Wouldn’t send the forgot password link, wouldn’t send the activation link. Might as well just not offer an app because I’m so annoyed right now.
