Every time I add items to my cart and apply the rewards have the cart disappears and I can’t check out.

For some reason I can’t use it. I can call and make an order but the app says I’m out of the delivery zone even thought I’m only 5 minutes away. 

Also, the email verification email never arrived.

Pizza is great but the delivery is horrible. Don’t bother ordering a pizza to be delivered to your home because you will have to go pick it up and I don’t care pizzas great but they don’t care if you get it or not

Waste of time downloading the app. This is the only app that can’t find my address which then won’t let me create an account. All other apps using location services work.

The app works great for the ordering part easy to use but the payment feature is useless doesn’t save card and and takes several tries to accept

It would be awesome to be able to see past orders and your current order status in the app, so you know how close your order is to being done. It’s hard to tell if they’re busy or if your order has been lost in lala land. Also, just some GUI changes so it looks smoother. Some graphics go over the top of others.

Love the app and how easy it is to use, only issue I’ve had with it was I’ve received the wrong pizza, and also the wrong grinder before.  (Not the Apps fault as i double checked the order, but be aware it can and has happened)

Great pizza! Tired of the big chains. Moved to Gold Bar. Haven't tried Rico's (been told not to). Ever since I ordered from here, I haven't stopped.
