Thank you. ### 1/5 — First Deposit Match For 1st Time Users *2023-06-24* I was attracted to the First Deposit Match so I downloaded and joined. My first deposit was $27 expecting a match of $27. They gave me a voucher for $25.60 And only allow me to use %5 ($1.35) of it at a time. That’s where I found out they have a betting minimum of $2 so unless I deposit more I won’t be able to use the match. It’s my fault for not reading into it on this app and assuming it would be as Legit and effortless as DraftKings, BetMGM and FanDuel matches were. Hopefully this will save you the time and money. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Worst sports betting set up! *2023-05-24* I gamble at the casinos Bet MGM, Caesar’s sports bet, Fan Duel, DraftKings sports book and many other platforms. This app is the hardest to use, you can’t make normal parlays like all the major sports betting apps does not have the option for a normal same game parlay, they give you a first deposit bonus that’s not really a bonus. If you get $50 in bonus bets you can only use 5% of it at a time while betting new money at the same time. Thank you. ### 1/5 — THE FINE PRINT *2023-03-22* Once you create an account you can deposit and get the match, free money right? No. Read the fine print. You can only use the free credit for 5% of every bet. So say you deposit 100 and get 100 in free credits- you would need to spend 5000 dollars in real bets to use the 100 free credits. ### 1/5 — What a shame…. *2022-09-10, version 2.3* So signed up and got verified. Attempted over and over and over to deposit money but the cashiering screen just locked up and didn’t allow me to even attempt to deposit money. You would think a gambling app that only makes money by allowing you to deposit money would make it easy to actually deposit money. To be this late to the game and still have issues with verification is absurd! Support@Saharabets.com ### 1/5 — Zero reason to use this *2022-08-06, version 2.2* The signup bonus is awful. 😭 ### 1/5 — Well Behind Others *2022-02-18, version 1.1* 1. The app stops working after a while and only a white screen is visible upon reopening the app. Deleting the app and then restoring it resolves the problem but that would become a pain to do every day. 2. Upon signing up authentication of email and phone is done by sending a pin. I did not receive one of the pins and had to wait a couple days and a few emails to have them just give me the pin. 3. The method of depositing and withdrawing funds is a two step process that frankly is not done by any other current online bookie. At least not in the Western states of NV, AZ, and CO. After reading that you have to create a “Play Account” and then transfer the money from that account to the actual Sports app account, combined with the tech issues I decided to not use this app. Even if Saharabets was not at as focused on the technology as apps like DraftKings, FanDuel, MGM, etc. There are still like 8 or 9 better apps/books on here. There is no reason to use this app until they change the cashier and fix bugs. ### 1/5 — ??? *2022-01-28, version 1.0* This is awful, seems like that launched it before configuring out the bugs. The IOS app does not work and then you aren’t able to withdrawal from your play+ account? No guidance no customer service assistance…literally NO OPTION. It keeps saying your amount requires operator approval so I’m thinking ok so I call them & no answer for days!!! Still haven’t picked up!! They got no live chat support neither!! This is a scam site! Every other app you can withdraw with no problems! This one nope Goodluck doesn’t work!! They surely take your money quickly to deposit though!! They lure you in with $200 sign up bonus that only allows it to make up 25% of your bet until depleted. But they don’t let you use the bet! There’s so many rules and stipulations and misleading contradicting promos. This betting app is the worst one yet. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Worst betting app available to Arizona. *2023-10-18* This app is utter trash. Let’s start with something mighty important! The cash out button. Every other app I’ve ever used has it and this one alludes to having it but I never once was able to cash out on a bet, never was I once given the option. The sign up bonus is well past lousy! They match your deposit but then to use the bonus money you have to use your own money. Wasting well into the 1000s before you exhaust the bonus money. As they only allow a small percentage of it to be used to per bet. There is nothing free or beneficial about that bonus money. Just more profit to feed their greed. Last but not least, they wouldn’t allow me to make multiple withdrawals in a days period. I did it to protect myself from wasting my winnings and they ended up rejecting all three of my deposits and the money went right back into my account. 280 dollars wasted as at that point it got used to bet with. So much for safeguards to protect gambles and provide responsible play. I give this app negative stars. I plan to delete it as soon as I do my taxes for next year. Don’t let them fool you. They are thieves and only want your money. They could care less about their players who provide them their money. ### 1/5 — Absolutely Horrendous *2023-09-28* I have an account with every single Sportsbook available in Arizona and this is by far the worst one. Their new user sign up appears as a $250 deposit match but it is not what it seems. The $250 that is matched is only applied to 5% of the wager amount. So for example if you bet $10 then only $0.50 would come out of the promo balance. You would need to wager $5k in order to receive the full $250. Once I realized that they have the worst new user sign up in history I wanted to withdraw my $250 and now they put my account on investigation/lock so that I can’t withdraw. **Developer response:** We apologize for the experience that has led you to this review. There house rules are disgusting and the withdrawal to debit or ach never works no matter how many banks you try. But the thing that differentiates all of them is the 1-to-1 service to their customers. SaharaBets has been the best so far. Love your weekly promotions! ### 3/5 — Review of the app *2024-05-31* I have been using this app since Jan 2024, I am an Infinite + member which is their highest rank and am pretty sure if I am not their top better, I am in the top 1%. This app is not as good as the others out there, with their lack of options during live bets, and their reward system isn’t as good as other apps. I’ve bet over 325k and the return on my investment in bonuses isn’t the greatest.. BUT.. I have an amazing VIP host by the name of Piper who does what she can to help me with my needs. She’s given me several 100$ bonuses, albeit most of them have been 50/50 bonuses meaning you have to risk your own money, BUT she’s also given me a free exquisite dinner at one of the top steakhouses in Vegas, and his been a text away whenever I’ve needed anything. This app needs a lot of work to compete with others BUT the customer service is top tier. If you spend enough and get a VIP host, request Piper as she is magnificent. **Developer response:** Hello!
