## What is Sahni?

Sahni helps you log meals, review nutrition trends, and tune nutrition goals from a private on-device workflow.

Use Sahni to:
- capture meal photos for on-device food analysis
- log meals manually when a photo is not useful
- review calories, macros, and micronutrient progress
- get Coach recommendations for your saved goals and recent trends
- sync approved Apple Health (HealthKit) data for activity, sleep, weight, and supported health metrics

Premium unlocks unlimited scans, Coach recommendations, advanced Stats, Apple Health sync, and micronutrient tracking.

Sahni Premium is an annual auto-renewing subscription. New subscribers may be eligible for a 3-day free trial. The App Store shows the final price, trial eligibility, and renewal terms before purchase. In supported storefronts, Premium is $19.99 per year unless canceled.

Your meal history and nutrition goals stay stored locally on your device. Apple Health data is accessed only after you approve HealthKit permissions.
