I upgraded to iPhone 12 last year. The app stop working after the upgrade. No updates for 1 year so far.

I downloaded this app about two years ago. It worked for a couple months then began crashing while in use. The app (even after updated) now crashes at start up and will not open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple time in iOS. Completely useless at this point.

After having to reboot my phone to stop the crashing during login I was initially excited to see my print queue on screen but the first thing I found is if you drag down to refresh it literally duplicates the entire list. That’s obviously an issue. I did not make it far enough to find out but other reviews make it sound like all it does is gives you data about jobs you’ve run, which is fine, but the potential to get alerts when you reach a certain ink level or actually start and stop jobs remotely could definitely have their uses. If they could fix the login and refresh bugs and put some more features in I think it could be really usefull.

There's nothing useful in this App. It doesn't let you manage your SAi Cloud data or change any settings.
The app doesn't even allow you to login before you cut or print through production manager on your computer first.
Hopefully SAi will hire some qualified IOS app developers to make this app useful in the near future.
