UX so lacked. I aint sure whether the app dev team and system team prepared properly or not, during the live session, should had prepared more convenience customer journey. Pls fix.

signed up the account, filled up the phone number to register: waiting for the OTP. 
sadly, only after multiple tries, the OTP kick in, 
but again.... stuck at the Pass-code page. 
keep showing error “network failures” 
i am pretty sure my network is good. 
i am on 4G network, 
the app need a fix, seem like it can’t handle the load.

Signed up the account, fill in name and mobile then redirect to OTP screen for mobile verification.  OTP couldn't receive in said time frame (49 secs) and clicked 'Resend OTP' for 2 times and still couldn't receive OTP then I closed the app. After awhile, 3 OTP came in then i tried to open app and tried to sign up the account again but app showed error and then i tried to sign in, app showed the account was not created. Failed to create the account.
