الألوان المستخدمة غير جيده ولا تستطيع تمييز الأرقام من تداخل الألوان 
دائما لايقبل الرقم السري، مع قبوله من المتصفح الرئيسي

التطبيق لا يعمل، سواءً عند تسجيل الدخول او التسجيل.. علماً بانني مسجل مسبقاً في خدمة فليكس تاتش للخدمات البنكية لبنك الاستثمار منذ اكثر من 4 سنوات. يرجى العمل ؏ تحسين التطبيق للاستفادة منه.

حملت التطبيق ولم أتمكن من الدخول على حسابي، حاولت التسجيل ولكن تظهر لي رسالة خطأ تفيد أن رقم الهوية غير صحيح. يبدو أن التطبيق فيه مشكلة تحتاج لإصلاح.
