## What is Saidali?

Saidali is a complete pharmacy management system for iPhone and iPad: sales, inventory, expiry dates, reports, and staff in one place, synced instantly across every device in your pharmacy.

FAST CHECKOUT
• Scan a barcode with the camera or an external scanner, or search by name, and it goes straight into the cart.
• Invoice discounts, cash or card payments, and receipt numbers that never repeat across devices.
• PDF receipts ready to share or print.
• Partial returns and invoice cancellation, with quantities returned to stock automatically.
• A warning before selling an expired product.

INVENTORY AND EXPIRY
• Products with photo, barcode, selling and purchase price, expiry date, and category.
• Time-limited offers and discounts on products.
• One dashboard for low stock, expired items, and items expiring within 30 and 90 days, with a low-stock threshold per product.
• A daily notification summary of low stock and expiry.
• Stock adjustments with a reason (damaged, expired, count, received) and a full movements log.

PROFIT REPORTS
• Sales for today, this month, or any date range.
• Net sales after returns and discounts, and profit from the cost at the time of sale.
• Sales by employee and payment method, plus your top-selling products.
• Export reports as PDF.

YOUR TEAM
• Add up to 5 employees with invite codes, each with their own account on their own device.
• Only the owner sees profits, purchase prices, and reports.
• An owner-set maximum discount for employees, and an audit log.

WORKS OFFLINE
• Keep selling when the internet drops; everything uploads automatically when you're back online.
• Stock stays accurate across devices, and every sale is deducted exactly once.

BUILT FOR ARABIC-SPEAKING PHARMACIES
• Full Arabic right-to-left interface, with an instant switch to English.
• Iraqi dinar, Saudi riyal, UAE dirham, Egyptian pound, and more than 20 other currencies.
• Back up your data.

SUBSCRIPTION
• A 10-day free trial with every feature.
• Then an auto-renewable subscription (6 months or 1 year) that covers all of the pharmacy's devices and employees.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 2.0 — 2026-10-22

A completely rebuilt Saidali: faster, more accurate, and more secure.

• All-new sync: stock stays accurate across every device, each sale is deducted exactly once, and the app keeps working offline and uploads automatically when you're back online.
• Invoice numbers that never repeat across devices (A-00042), even offline.
• Returns and invoice cancellation, with quantities returned to stock automatically.
• Clearer reports: custom date ranges, net sales after returns, profit from cost at the time of sale, per-employee breakdown, and PDF export.
• Stock adjustments with a reason (damaged, expired, count, received) and a movements log.
• A low-stock threshold per product, a dashboard for low stock, expired items, and items expiring within 30 and 90 days, plus a daily summary notification.
• Multi-page PDF receipts with discounts and returns.
• A warning before selling an expired product, an owner-set maximum discount for employees, and duplicate barcode prevention.
• Manage and restore your subscription in the app — subscribers are never stuck on the paywall.
• Password reset and account deletion in Settings.
• Switch between Arabic and English instantly without restarting, plus accessibility and VoiceOver improvements.
• Stronger protection for your pharmacy's data, and many camera, scanner, and stability fixes.

Important: update Saidali on every device in your pharmacy (owner and employees). Earlier versions stop syncing after this update. Sales that were not uploaded yet are uploaded automatically after updating.
