The app has options to order from stores in North Hobart and Hobart.  However, both these stores are in North Hobart. This is very confusing when there is a store in Hobart and caused me to be unable to pick up my order.

### 2/5 — Poor allergy support

There’s little support for including allergy information in the order. I tried to put no nuts into the order instructions but my dinner was full of peanuts so now I’ve spent money on a dinner I can’t eat. I tried using the chat support to get some help but they just told me I should order over the phone next time. 
This isn’t a criticism of Saigon Express, when I got in person they’re fantastic. It’s a criticism of the app. I’ve given it 2 stars because the rest of the app worked fine but I certainly won’t be using it again.
