A modest sum of $74.99 to be exact. It is not part of any certification program either. Here's an idea if you have $75 bucks to blow. Take a ride to Barnes & Noble, buy the 66th edition of Chapman Piloting and Seamanship. Everything you would like to learn and then some is it there. You can also pick up some Starbucks with the left over money. Found it a useful tool for revision on the move. Would I recommend it? Yes, as a supportive role as it may give more information than you need for the course.
