SailIQ is the app for sailors and sailing teams who want to understand, measure, and improve their performance with reliable, easy-to-understand data.

While you sail, SailIQ records key metrics in real time. At the end of each session, it provides detailed analysis to help you evaluate your performance, compare training sessions, and review races clearly.

See your routes, progress, and metrics in one place to make better decisions both on the water and ashore. Save and sync your sessions across devices, and sail with or without your iPhone thanks to Apple Watch integration.

Coaches can now run start practice with more clarity: start line, countdown, crossing speed, and debriefing to link each attempt and help the whole fleet improve.

Training is now organised in a simpler, more complete experience, with one place to view the plan, follow the session, and review results.

We also strengthened live data: better synchronisation between coaches, sailors, and Apple Watch, more reliable tracking, and a more stable experience on the water.

### 1.12 — 2026-08-12

Your sessions now tell a fuller story. Import Health data and discover richer metrics to better understand every sail and your progress.

Sharing a session is clearer and more reliable: we improved companion management, session ownership, and name recovery so your whole team stays in sync.

Apple Watch takes a bigger role with new localized metric complications and stronger session syncing. The Notebook also improves with custom diary entries and recoverable drafts.

Behind the scenes, SailIQ sails more smoothly: course responds better at low speed, keeps its initial rotation more natural, and social and training tools now flow together more seamlessly.

Signing in to SailIQ is now easier. Use native Google Sign-In for a quick, secure start, then get straight back on the water.

 Your events are better connected: complete registrations when payment is required and manage your spot more clearly, including when you need to withdraw. Reliable status updates keep you informed at every step.

 The community gets more context. See who liked each session and discover every sailor’s career records on their profile. More ways to follow, compare, and celebrate progress.

Under the hood, SailIQ now sails more smoothly: the notebook is more reliable while editing, calendar and session charts use fewer resources, and overall stability has been refined for a more responsive experience on every outing.

Now you can see what your sailor sees, live.

 With fast Live Data, coaches can connect with any sailor and view their navigation screens and map in real time on their phone: course, speed, and position, exactly as the sailor sees them. Invite teammates, search for anyone, or share a link; the sailor can accept or decline with one tap and start sharing their navigation instantly.

 The community feels more alive. The feed now features an interactive map with your real track on every session and is filled with what’s happening today; your counters open your connections with endless scrolling, and the ranking takes you straight to the session that leads the way. Groups gain their own chat, a full-screen map, and a team photo.

  Your sessions take a step forward with new training reports, synced video, and a smoother map to review every outing. Shared inventory, polars, and boat ratings are here too.

  Your day-to-day is now closer at hand: a new home screen with My Tools, boats, courses, and accounting, quicker calendar entries, iOS-style photo cropping on every upload, and notifications you control by type. Under the hood, everything is faster and more stable.

Now you see what your sailor sees, live.

With Quick Live Data, the coach connects to any sailor and gets their navigation screens and map in real time, right on the phone: heading, speed and position, exactly as they see them. Invite your own crew, search for anyone, or share a link; the sailor accepts or declines with a tap and starts sharing their navigation instantly.

And your coach is no longer just on the RIB — the AI Coach lives inside your device. It learns your preferences with a swipe, builds your plan block by block, and writes it straight into your Notebook — all on-device, and only for you.

The community breathes easier. The feed now shows an interactive map with your real track on every session and fills up with what's happening today; your counters open your connections with infinite scroll, and the ranking takes you to the session that leads it in one tap.
