Switch the watch to Standalone and it runs the whole start sequence on its own — countdown, whistle, haptics, spoken time. The race records on your wrist and lands in your history the next time the phone is near. Watch face complication. Your sequence, right on the face. Shows your preset when idle, counts down when it matters, and one tap opens the timer. Lock Screen countdown.
