Getting started was difficult and a tad confusing. Could you check if data roaming is turned on for your eSIM? 📶 If it’s already enabled and you still can’t connect, please contact us at support.saily.com so we can look into it further. ### 1/5 — Fake Unlimited plan *2026-09-07* Purchased the “Unlimited Plan” for my holiday in France which was working fine. Only to get a notification telling me that I only have 1GB left of my daily limit. Speaking to the customer service I was notified that there is a daily limit for high speed data, which then throttles to 1Mbps after 5GB of data. He also admitted that there is nowhere in the app that tells you about this limit or shows your usage. This detail is hidden in the T&C of the plan, completely misleading the consumer. So just know that your “Unlimited Plan” has a limit of around 3 or 5 GB depending on how lucky you are. Then shared with husband so we can share data. We added 10g and instead of adding to existing plan, it created new plan. But this new plan cannot have other members added. So now we are stuck paying for basically 2 plans. They say once activated you cannot add members but thats not true. I can add members to the plan that has no data but cannot add members to the plan that does. Smells like scam ### 1/5 — Issues with iPhone in Europe *2026-09-06, version 3.53.0* Try to get this to work properly with iPhone and could not get it to work with contacts. Try to get a refund after 24 hours and they would not refund. ### 1/5 — Poor *2026-09-03* Firstly I’ve had a lot of problems opening the app, many times it just sits on the yellow screen and dosent open , then when it does I search countries and it says “sorry couldn’t find any matching countries” after I’ve typed two letters. When I did get it to work. Second I went to tiblisi, Georgia and bought the unlimited plan , it was shockingly slow ( and must of been connected to Netherlands as all my search on Google kept starting in Dutch) many pages wouldn’t load , and this was not isolated to one spot, all over the city . As in only local service, Saily phone minutes won’t let you phone airline helpline or other service outside a narrow local area. Saily markets a ‘travel solution’ which is not true. ### 1/5 — SMS did not work *2026-09-01, version 3.52.0* Hated using this; glad I didn't pay much to try their SMS eSIM. Horrible, and they don't even refund to the credit card. Never using this! ### 1/5 — Cruise eSIM Does Not Work & Support Refused a Refund on Technicality *2026-09-01* I bought a Saily eSIM plan specifically for my cruise, expecting reliable data. Instead, it completely failed to work on the ship, leaving me entirely without connectivity.When I finally got back and contacted customer service to request a refund for a service that never worked, they flatly refused. Their reason? They claimed my plan had expired just one day before I reached out to them. This policy is incredibly unfair—how was I supposed to contact them to report the issue while stranded at sea with no working data in the first place?They used a technicality to pocket my money for a broken service. The customer support is completely unhelpful and showed zero flexibility for travelers.
