I’ve paid the £80 annual delivery pass, no issues with accepting that money. Then when I try to book my first order it errors every time. I’ve tried on a laptop, mobile browser and in the app, same issue. When I call for help I get told to try again in an hour and if not call back… Awful first experience of trying to set up food deliveries!

We’ve used the SmartShop app for years and now tried it twice on the main Sainsbury’s app as been advised SS app is closing.

What a mess the main screen is! So many deals and offers and tabs it’s a pain trying to even find the SmartShop tab.

When you do open it the functionality is rubbish - camera stays open all the time unless I manually click into my basket list after every item - I have to do this anyway to ensure I have got the right amounts and nectar prices have been applied! 

If you’re going to force us to use the main app then at least give us the same access and level of functionality we had before! Please sort it out.

I got a message when I was using SmartShop that I should use the Sainsbury’s app. However, it has less functionality than the SmartShop app and is much clunkier to use. Particularly annoying is the requirement that I log in via a website. What IS the point of an app if I have to open a web browser on my phone? Also, the new app doesn’t work in some Sainsbury’s shops. Rather defeats the purpose …

Why are they discontinuing the smart scan app and put it in the Sainsbury’s app. Just did a trip to Sainsbury’s. When you start smart scan you can’t access the rest of the app without cancelling the shop which means you can’t see the shopping list you built in advance which makes the whole thing pointless. The smart scan app has a built in shopping list accessible while shopping. Fix this problem.

Sainsbury App - Chop chop section - stuck on an old delivery from year(!s) ago. 
Order number D1EC21. 
Order status “Picking your order” at 7:49pm.
We received the order and would like to place more, but only this order and this timeline come up, when selecting chop chop in the Sainsbury’s app.
I have deleted and reinstalled 20+ times.
I’ve written, called and complained about this for so long. Please can someone fix it???

Moving to this from SmartShop standalone app was the worst thing I done. I scanned a trolley full yesterday at your meadowbank store Edinburgh to then encounter issues with scanning further items, I put them aside and went to the till
to load my shopping to be told by the system that an error had occurred and to speak to a member of staff, well that didn’t help either she wasn’t aware what to do and suggested to scan everything again. She
