It wants to send me a link to reset my password which I have not forgotten. If I do login, it wants to send me a one time password because it is the first time I’ve logged in on this device which is nonsense. I’ve had no problems using the Card, yes it’s a good way to travel using the local currency. But the app definitely needs some attention. ### 3/5 — Almost *2026-05-21, version 8.0.0* This needs apple pay and it will be perfect. Apparently apple payments have ‘been coming’ for the last two years. Sort it out Sainsbury’s!!!!!!! ### 3/5 — Travel Money Card *2026-04-02, version 8.0.0* I have had a lot of trouble loading extra money on my card. I wanted to add on euros but it decided I was Australian and wanted to pay in Australian dollars I live in UK and wanted to pay in GB. There are a couple of problems. I got charged double for a transaction, and I phoned up the customer support ( they were really helpful ) the next day the transaction had been solved… A couple days later my card kept on getting declined… Luckily I took multiple travel cards. I phoned again because I had a positive balance. Costumer support we’re also confused, they added up what I spend and what the account currently held and I still had a positive balance. A day later I randomly had -75 GBP, it was a prepaid card… how can you have a negative balance. Costumer support said it was the apps issue…. But the card still was being declined for a difference currency. All in all it was a waste of time sorting the money out. Safe and easy to travel with your money and so easy to convert to the currency needed. It appears I’d have to cancel my current card and then order a new one online if I wanted to include Nectar.
