The app originally showed me as not checked in after a day. 2nd day, doesn’t show my reservation at all. Had to verify through text code. Shows up after that, still says not checked in. Front desk verified I’m fully checked. (Which is good since I’m already in a room.) Could be a great app, especially to order in-room dining, which we were going to do but now won’t.  App is only good for info until it functions properly. Nice hotel, bad app.
