Подключена к вайфаю, приложение не открывается и выдает ошибку, будто нет подключения к интернету

**Developer response:** К сожалению, в последнее время из-за внешних сетевых ограничений и блокировок в некоторых регионах приложение может ошибочно показывать отсутствие интернета даже при рабочем подключении. Попробуйте воспользоваться VPN, другой сетью или мобильным оператором, либо повторить попытку немного позже.

После скачивания надо сразу оплатить . Ок, оплатил. В итоге появился интерфейс и карта. Карта пустая , ничего нет. Не маршрутов, не объектов на карте. Интернета полно. Думаю ладно может надо загрузить офлайн данные в 2025 году мы же каждый день так делаем. Но загрузка не идет. Зато выходит сообщение что можно купить подписку версии +. На этом вообщем я все понял. Кто пишет отзывы непонятно.

**Developer response:** Приложение бесплатное, а подписка лишь разблокирует дополнительные возможности - неограниченный доступ к AI-ассистенту, улучшенный оффлайн-режим и другие.

В текущих условиях из-за ограничения мобильного интернета иногда не проходит загрузка данных через мобильных операторов - мы делаем всё что от нас зависит, используя сервера, находящиеся на территории РФ.

Решение простое: подключитесь к стабильному Wi-Fi и перезапустите приложение - данные сохранятся в памяти приложения, даже если интернет позже пропадёт.

Блокировки вне нашего контроля, но мы всегда готовы вернуть вам средства, если вас что-то не устроило - напишите нам на почту support@ingry.app и мы поможем с возвратом!

В принципе, хорошее приложение, но в режиме карт нет названий улиц, только в гибридном формате, что не очень удобно.

Приехал в Санкт-Петербург и приложение перестало работать.

По нашим логам, сбоев в работе приложения не было. В любом случае, пожалуйста свяжитесь с нами, и мы сделаем возврат средств. 

Возможно проблема связана с ограничениями мобильного интернета в городе? 
Если заранее загрузить контент в разделе "Офлайн-режим", приложение будет полностью функционально без сети, включая даже карты и аудио гиды.
