التطبيق مايشتغل ايش الإشكالية

اولا رسوم النطبيق المحصله من العميل مرتفعه جدا فعندما يحدد الكابتن ثمن الرحاله يقوم التطبيق باضافة عمولته المرتفعه جدا  وبالتالي يظهرسعرالرحله للعميل مرتفع جدا ممايتسبب في عدم قبول الرحله في اغلب طلبات العملاء
رسائل التحقق عند الدخول للتطبيق معطله من فتره طويله  ولا تصل الرساله النصيه اللتي تحمل رمزالدخول والمختص في اصلاح هذا الخلل لم يقم باصلاح الخلل  ومتابعة الخلل الفني مع الكباتن او انهو لايوجد موظف مختص لذلك  حتى في حساب التطبيق في منصةX لااحد يتجاوب مع الكباتن
تحديد حد اعلا للرحله خطاء فاذح ويجب ازالته ليكن مفتوح   
التطبيق يحتاج الى مراجعه واصلاح الخطاء الكارثيه اللتي ادت الى تفييمه بالسيئ
