And, ordering through their app instead of something like DoorDash lets them keep more of the purchase price. Have a great day! ### 2/5 — Very long first-time signup process *2020-07-12, version 4.12* This review is for the app not the food. I love the food. Had to enter my credit card info twice. Once at the beginning and again at the end. Why not offer Apple Pay? Saw a message that delivery is free for orders over $25 but my order was $28 before tip and $4 delivery fee was added. I should have used Uber Eats rather than signing up for another app. ### 3/5 — Live the food... the app, not so much *2020-07-04* I loved the old app that would allow you to link your credit card to the app so you could scan rewards and pay all at the same time. Now they made the app worse by removing the best features! It doesn’t seem to have a way of bringing up a barcode to redeem rewards in the store. I did everything you’re supposed to and even the employee was confused why barcode wouldn’t come up to scan. My wife’s app also has the same problem. Please fix. **Developer response:** Thanks for reaching out to us! To redeem your reward in-store, push the "Redeem" button in the app to activate it. Once the reward is activated, a new screen will appear with the reward listed and a coupon code (no barcode needed). You must then show this screen to a staff member, who will manually grant you the reward at the register. After one hour, the reward will be marked as used and will be removed from your account. When you link your card to the rewards app, your purchases at SAJJ will be automatically detected and granted rewards credit. Their Pomegranate Chicken is unique and heavenly. Their wide range of toppings at no extra cost makes it a healthy option too! Don’t forget to mix the Chutney Sauce into the hummus for the best flavor ever. First, it has a “No” in front of all items which is confusing Second, it has a +/- number in front of items. What does it even mean? “No Cabbage” with a “2” in front of it. Third, once you press + it is not intuitive to know how to reduce it back. One needs to be careful in pressing the right location (left of number) to actually reduce the number.
