التطبيق عبارة عن منصة إسكانية  تخدم جميع فئات المجتمع و تجمع كافة الأطراف التي تساهم في عملية البناء من المالك ، المكتب الاستشاري ، شركة المقاولات والمصرف الممول .
يعرض التطبيق تصاميم منوعة لمساكن معظمها مسبقة الاعتماد  تم إعدادها من قبل الجهات الإسكانية ( دائرة الإسكان وبرنامج الشيخ زايد للإسكان ) بالإضافة إلى المكاتب الاستشارية التي لها خبرة في تصميم المساكن وتتميز التصاميم بالتالي :
