Hi I’m stuck because I’d love to try this app but I’m unable to create a profile. I’ve tried many times and it doesn’t let me. I even tried to sign up as a guest but it keeps coming up with an error message. I’m based in the UK, is it restricted to certain locations or is there maybe another reason? I’d love if you could please reach out to me for assistance thank you!

Audio is blank. I cannot hear

**Developer response:** Selam Areesan, Sorry, you were unable to listen to the audio content.  Something obvious, I am sure you tried this, but did you try increasing the volume? Did you try to toggle the speaker switch on the side of your phone from silent to on?  We found that this is the most common problem.  Do let us know if you have another query we can support you on

None of the audio runs proper. It plays but blank

When this app worked, it really helped me a lot. I appreciated that it incorporates Islam within the meditations. I love the name and logo and interface. I loved the app.

However all out of a sudden the app played all the audios with no sound unfortunately. Also, another improvement is to get rid of the ‘folders’ that contains ‘subfolders’ because sometimes I would get lost into trying to find which series I was listening to.
Also, offline mode would be appreciated because sometimes it would take a track some 10s to load and that’s a little too much.
Also allow me to listen from the lock screen because when it’s at night I don’t want my screen lit up while meditating. Finally some recordings sounded really low quality, so please revise all recordings and improve the quality, because the content is virtually 100% audio based.

If this were another app I would have rated it 1 star, but because I loved this app when it worked I gave it 3. I’m willing to subscribe in the future if I see it improved, but fir now I’ll pass because honestly it can be frustrating to build the habit and then find the app not working at times.

Thanks very much for your valuable feedback. We are always working on making the experience as pleasant and great as it is possible. In our recent update, we have fixed few things and would love to hear your feedback again, following are the things that we have worked on; 
1. Audios never go blank unless your device is on silent mode. Unfortunately, we can't control since the device is on silent mode. We recommend to keep it on regular mode. 
2. We have updated it and now you can play the audios with a locked screen. 
3. Structure of the content- We are always improving it and you will definitely see improvised structure in our next update, Inchallah.

Just downloaded this app and giving it a test, I was looking for something like this, islamic app meditation. It’s a good start, love the design and the audios. Hope will love it.

### 4/5 — Great, but I liked the previous interface

This is a really good app, mashaAllah! It helps me relax when I’m overwhelmed, alhamdulillah.

However, I really liked the previous interface better. It made it feel more unique to Muslims and more homely, whereas now it just looks like all the other meditation apps out there. It also feels harder to navigate because it looks messy with lots of other things like suggestions and other buttons on every page, making it a bit overwhelming. Hope things can be kept more simple in the future.
