## What is Sakinah?

We built Sakinah because every prayer app we tried felt like it was working against us. Ads between ayat. Core features locked behind subscriptions. Location permissions that went somewhere we didn't agree to.

Prayer apps shouldn't work like that.

So we made our own.

QURAN
Full Uthmanic script, 40+ downloadable translations, audio recitation with multiple reciters, and a khatm tracker so you can see your progress over time. Everything works offline once downloaded.

PRAYER TIMES & ADHAN
Accurate to your location, with 13 calculation methods and Shafi'i and Hanafi Asr support. Notifications that actually show up on time.

AZKAR
Morning and evening adhkar, after-prayer duas, the 99 names with a learning mode, and a dhikr counter. Arabic with transliteration and translation.

QIBLA
High-precision compass with distance to the Kaaba. Also on Apple Watch.

APPLE WATCH
Prayer times, Qibla, and dhikr on your wrist.

PRAYER JOURNAL & RAMADAN TOOLS
Log your prayers, track fasting, plan your Quran completion — all stored locally, never uploaded anywhere.

The app is free. Not a free trial. Not "free with premium." Free. No account to create, nothing running in the background. Your data stays on your device.
