Sei que demora D+2 mas já tem meses que não atualiza. Da erro na hora de concluir. App tbm não oferece um canal de resolução de problemas (a página tbm da erro). E não tem opção via plataforma alternativa na web. Nada pratico e bem frustrante, tentando abrir uma previdência privada há mais de um mês, sem sucesso. ### 1/5 — Pagamentos não repassados a SulAmerica *2024-07-09, version 4.4.3* Tenho 3 planos com a SAKS, 2 deles são SulAmerica . Um deles todo mês tenho que reclamar pois o pagamento realizado no cartão de crédito não foi repassado para ser cotizado na SulAmerica . Uma vez ok , entendo que problemas acontecem , duas vezes seguidas ok, agora estar na terceira/quarta vez do mesmo problema me parece demais … atualização 6 meses depois : todos meus planos não são repassados para as seguradoras sem pelo menos 15 dias de atraso e cobrança diária de uma posição feito junto ao SAC ### 1/5 — App não funciona mais *2024-06-20, version 4.3.5* Terei caído num golpe? O app exigiu uma atualização. Sem ela não abria, depois dela que não abre mesmo. Ao clicar no link de suporte do app, a página não existe.
