## What is SAKSHIN?

SAKSHIN keeps the full history of a construction project in one place — from daily site activity to final handover.

Record completed work, hidden construction layers, issues, project changes, inspections, deliveries, costs and supporting photos. Every entry can be linked to a specific project, floor, zone and building element, making it easy to find the right information later.

With SAKSHIN you can:

• maintain a daily construction site log
• record progress with supporting photos
• document hidden work before walls and surfaces are closed
• create issues and track their resolution
• manage change orders and additional costs
• keep an approval history
• record inspections and verification results
• track crews, deliveries and completed work
• browse history by floor, room, zone and building element
• follow construction stages and project progress
• compare planned and actual costs
• generate PDF reports
• export project data as CSV or text
• prepare a complete handover record for the finished property

SAKSHIN is designed to work locally on your device. No account, ads or required backend connection.

The result is a clear construction record showing what was built, when it happened, where it happened, what changed and what evidence supports it.
