iPhone最新iOS17.0.2だと文字を入力しようとするだけでアプリが落ちてしまう。
再ダウンロードしても同じ現象が起き会員登録ができない。

アップデートしてから誕生日、購入日はうまく出来るのに名前、お客様番号になるとすぐにアプリが落ちてしまって入力ができない

住所変更くらいウェブで手続き出来るようにして欲しかったな…。店舗にわざわざ行ったのにアプリでって追い返されて悲しかった。

バージョンアップ後にアプリをインストールして開いたら上手く表示されません。
背景は真っ白で、1番上には「loading…」の文字があり、その下に青文字で「ホーム」等の項目が出ています。
青文字の項目をタッチしても、そこから画面が変わることもありません。
全く使うことができません。

アプリを一度削除して、再インストールしても同じでした。
住所変更したいのにできません。
どうしたらいいですか。

他の方も仰ってますが、やはり自分の指輪の管理ができたら良いと思います。
アプリからブラウザに飛ぶのはあまり好ましくないのでアプリ内にさくらだよりを埋め込んでほしいところです。

お店も指輪も素敵ですので是非検討頂けたらと思います。

アプリ内のデザインはとても可愛くて良いのですが、ほとんどさくらだよりホームページに飛ぶだけなので、下記内容を追加して貰えるともっと便利だと思います
・購入したリングの詳細画面(リングの種類、目的、使ってる板、金属、石の詳細、いつ購入したか、など)
・アプリから予約した場合の予約日時の確認ができる機能(トップに表示されると尚良いかと)
