I went there two times where the coupon for the weekend SIXFIX did not work. The staff just threw their hands up in the air and said there’s no button we can push. There’s nothing we can do. They’re definitely seems to be a disconnect. This should be able to be fixed. If the coupon doesn’t work, there should be something that they can do. I live across the street from a salad and go, but the only thing this app has ever done is give me a big white screen saying the app is restricted to North America. Of course the promo codes you email only work for online orders, with an app that’s never worked. Unfortunately this last time when I drove to the grand Prairie branch I can’t say the same customer service was horrible. The attendant act like I owed her something in her rude non-smiling manner the salad wasn’t like the one in Arlington they didn’t have the lemonade but it’s just the rude customer service that took away from the whole experience and I drove 30 minutes to get me a salad to go because there’s not one in my area. ### 1/5 — May Ave Okc - yuk! *2025-06-21, version 24.4* I got the only vegan salad item - the Thai Salad. I would have tossed the very limp red pepper, limp cucumber and soft red cabbage before ever adding it to a salad. The only add in not past serving was the carrots. I asked for added Brussel sprouts and didn’t get them. Very disappointed. I was hoping as a doctor ordered vegan / I would have found a fresh salad place to frequent. Oh and the tofu was old and obviously not organic which is important for tofu. I also ordered the Strawberry lemonade. I paid $15 for 2 kid size wraps!!! I am in such disbelief of the quality of small size! I was told there were no carrots if I had wanted to substitute something else… Would carrots make such a difference in the size of my wrap?!? Eating my Buffalo chicken wrap, there’s hardly any romaine lettuce, 1 tomato! Now the Fiesta wrap definitely nothing but, 1/4 size of a breakfast wrap I usually get! To say that I am totally disappointed! I was just raving about you to my friend & now I have to tell her otherwise! Plus I’m at the window. I’m in a 10’ 4” tall box truck in case your first thought is just go through the drive. In fact, I’m not alone here. People don’t always drive regular vehicles. Theirs people with tall trucks or are pulling a trailer. I used that, and after I paid it told me to go pick the food up. The person at the store says the app does not allow for delivery. BUT THAT IS AN OPTION ON THE APP! If you don’t allow for delivery, then remove that as an option on the app!!!!! Bait and switch! If I wanted to pick it up I would have chosen that option. Its just a place that gets why people would want to go there- it’s hard to keep up fresh ingredients to make them yourself, I love salad, why wouldn’t I pay $2 more than a dole salad kit from the grocery store for one with all fresh ingredients and rotisserie chicken on it? I love Greek salads, loved my Italian grandmas antipasto growing up, thought I always disliked Kalamata olives but apparently I really like them when they haven’t sat in brine for years. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, $8 for something that fills me up more than other fast food joints, tastes better, and I feel great waking up the next day?
