Old app you could open it. Look at all the menu items. See all your total points. What level you’re at. The new updated app you can’t see the menu unless you pick a location and then you can’t see your total points or what level it you are at. It breaks down rewards into different item categories which don’t make no sense just show a total points and use it for whatever you like. When the app updated My account was gone. Lost all my points had contact rewards and went round and round to get my points back. The my account info only shows a phone number and email nothing else. My local Saladworks does 9.99 salads every Tuesday. This Tuesday due to the new app, I was unable to get my 9.99 salad instead paying full price. Don’t advertise something if it’s unavailable/not working correctly. Also where TH are my rewards ? Or is that something of the past ? Please return the app to what it was before you broke it. ### 1/5 — Terrible Update *2026-07-11, version 4.0* Not sure why you would update your rewards app and take away the rewards part and make it a separate login? 🤔 I contacted their Customer Service and they gave me a separate link to login to, but had to contact them AGAIN to transfer my existing points, and it’s still very unfriendly to add new (can no longer just scan your receipt) or figure out how to redeem new. I lost my free birthday salad, and it says I have a a new free “welcome” salad but no bar or QR code to scan? Also you should not have to go through 5 separate steps to opt out of the app tracking you. It seems that was the primary point of this update, to force you to a place they can track you.
