This app is not at all free.  like initially it will ask you of contact number to register and will set up and once you’re done, it will ask you to take the subscription which will cost ₹1700 and there is no other way they will only give you three days trial, but after that, you have to pay this much amount every month, which is too much without trying it for a month and they don’t even have a light version of it or a free version of it that people can try before purchasing. I mean 3 days trial is not enough.

Extremely disappointing experience with the Salary Box app. The team makes a lot of fake promises before you purchase the app – they talk very sweetly and give big commitments just to convince you to buy. But the moment you make the payment, their attitude completely changes.

The service providers become rude and unprofessional. They don’t fulfill what they promised at the time of purchase. After taking the money, they delay the services. They say things will be done in 15 days, but it ends up taking 2 months or more.

There is no proper communication, no professionalism, and absolutely no sense of responsibility. It honestly feels like they just care about getting your money – after that, you’re left struggling for even basic support.

Would not recommend this app to anyone. Be very careful before trusting their words.

Absolutely worst customer service ever. After taking their plan you are on their mercy, they will neither listen to you and will not resolve your complaint. People from their customer service will disconnect your call, block your number. 

If possible look for some other attendence system.

firstly you download this app it is free For one employee if you want to add more employee you need to purchase their premium. Then the sales exhibit will negotiate with you offers a few features of a app if you want extra features you have to pay extra money like a live tracking. Initially they won’t tell you after purchasing the app they will tell you live tracking will be costing extra money I have taken this 4200/-

They are running a fraud company, this company is only interested in money, very poor customer feedback, installed the app, paid membership, no one cared to onboard our company, such a bad experience

I have paid and upgraded twice but the company will call you to convince and support prior to purchase. I have been using this app for 5 months and every month i need to readjust eachmonth. The effort has become double because the app the really not working properly. Completely waste of money

Reasons we want to discontinue:
 1) application is still not complete. Features such as half day, early punch out, late punchins not available. 
 2) adding new employees or updating existing employees is tedious. 
 3) delayed customer support.
 4) all the above issues affect payroll. Also, for any request raised, their response is - “we are working on it. We will update you on the same.”
 5) We have raised refund request and we have not been using it now due to multiple technical issues such as app crashing, app opening with a blank screen. 
6) application location stops working randomly. 
 Please get back to us on the issue that has been raised long time back for refund instead that would be helpful.
