I wrote to customer service and the staff have no idea how the app works, so it worried me a lot, because I don't know who manages the security of this app. I closed it immediately. **Developer response:** We had to ask a couple of questions to find out the root cause of the issue. We're sorry for the impression we made and for the problem you faced. And speaking about security, no one besides you can access your bank details or transaction information, even the employees. The only issue I have is that it doesn't update as fast as it should. The latest transactions I have access to were from Nov 3. It's Nov 14 now, so Idk what that's about but otherwise it's great. I can't connect to Neo which sucks but the devs said they're working on it. Es intuitivo y sumamente personalizado. Puedes modificar el nombre de categorías y añadir nuevas en caso de requerirlo. Unlike in many other apps, here you don’t have to allocate every single dollar to create a budget, you can just set limits for total expenses and a couple of categories that you want to keep an eye on.
