March 2025 update: improved and now better consistency with deliveries. Still no Loyalty 

Ordered and money deducted No order received Called customer service and they ask me to delete the app and reinstall in order to check status!!! Terrible app development Now the order never received and you have to go through many things to try to get the money back after 7 days

Keep saying loyalty but nothing really

طلبت ودفعت. و ماوصل الطلب الا بعد ساعتين وربع. وحاولت ألغي الطلب ومافيه طريقة للإلغاء. ولما وصل المندوب رفضت الاستلام منه بحجة التأخير و الأكل بارد ( المندوب غير حالة الطلب الى تم التوصيل وقفل الطلب ). سيتم رفع شكوى للجهات المختصة.
