A trusted colleague recommended this service as a good way to become more comfortable in my new role in field enablement. I signed up through the website - and afterwards discovered there’s no area of the site showing the Certifications & Courses you’ve purchased. I just dropped over $200 and can’t find the first part of my certification to go through. And when trying to find any support at all the only thing I can find is a “info@“ email address. Will come back and revise/remove if I can successfully find what I just paid for and go through it, or if I had to resort to seeking a refund.
