Game changer of a program !! ### 5/5 — Got my team organized and moving fast! *2024-11-30* We started using RepMove in April. The team had been asking for something to help organize their customers and plan their days. The benefit has been realized by my team with an increased number of visits to customers and I am seeing on the big picture our benefits of increased revenue. I have been in medical equipment sales for two years now; and the first year I was living inside Google sheets….. it was a mess. I started an outside sales app 22 years old I travel the entire state of Florida. Having a app that could help me track and even map out my customers store locations was a huge help. Now I find it effortless to stay connected to all of my accounts and create proper follow-up. The best part is, I no longer have to spend time putting in notes in the evening because I can get it done after each visit in seconds. I’ve already hit target for Q4 and there’s still plenty of time left in the year! It is very user friendly once you use it for a solid week and stay committed to the follow up tools available. The business card scanner is a great feature and you can end en as pictures to your meeting notes. Support team is very helpful and easy to reach when needed. The app needs to be changed quite a bit. Especially for those who were on the road all the time. ### 1/5 — Misleading! Not free don’t waste your time adding contacts!!! *2023-08-04* It’s not free! If you don’t upgrade to premium it only lets you add ten or so contacts after which it asks you to upgrade. (Which it also constantly ask you do do while on the app) Also when trying to add a contact location in the auto populate drop-down the letters are overwritten so you can’t even see the actual address you want to add. such a waste of time! Their reporting and enterprise features are vastly lacking. App really lagged when looking at teams accounts on the maps. ### 5/5 — It works *2026-02-17, version 3.0.51* Saves me a ton of time. When I use it I could get over 10 calls if I stay in zip code of near by zip code. Thank you for the improvements. Only improvement suggestion. The flow to edit accounts info should be on every page. Maybe I’m doing this wrong. For example when I’m making a route and the address for the account is incorrect, it would be nice to correct the address to that account at any point if there is human error.
